{10 of 10} Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese & Chive Stuffed Chicken Breast with Loaded Baked Potoatoes

Wow I can not believe we are at the end of this top 10 list!! When I first started these posts, I thought to myself -- 10 weeks is a long time, but here we are at the end of the ten weeks and to be honest they just flew by!

Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese & Chive Stuffed Chicken Breast with Loaded Baked Potatoes is another big favourite at our place. We stuff the chicken breast with Philadelphia Chive & Onion cream cheese and then we wrap the chicken breast with bacon and put it on the BBQ or into the oven. Unfortunately the last time I made these I forgot to take pictures, so I will have to update the photos in this post at a later date. I did however, find this picture from a dinner get together we had last year. It shows the end product. The baked potatoes and all the toppings (margarine or butter, sour cream, green onion or chives, bacon bits and salt & pepper) and the bacon wrapped chicken breasts are at the left side of the photo.
